I haven't received my order yet.  What should I do?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

If your tracking has not updated or your package appears delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for the most accurate delivery updates.

Please also check with your local post office, as packages are occasionally held there before delivery.

How do I safely remove my press-on nails?

To safely remove your nails for reuse:

Soak nails in warm soapy water with a few drops of oil for 10-15 minutes
Genly wiggle the nails side-to-side
Use a cuticle pusher carefully if needed
Never force the nails off

Additional soaking may be need for stubborn adhesive.
